Adult-only does not mean anything goes

Scope

MakeSpend may allow limited, incidental mature expression only where law, app-store rules, and operational safety controls permit it. Pornography and content or services intended primarily for sexual gratification are not allowed. Mature material may never become the primary purpose or reputation of the service, a hub, room, account, or native-app experience.

Access controls

• Hidden by default and unavailable to minors.
• Requires verified adult status and a separate, explicit web preference; native apps may not offer the opt-in where the store prohibits it.
• Google Play builds require at least two deliberate actions to disable the filter completely.
• No mature content in search suggestions, push notifications, public previews, promotions, recommendations, or general leaderboards.
• Availability may be disabled by country, region, device, store, or account risk.

Adult-oriented shops and creators

Lawful adult-oriented businesses may be listed only as age-gated, non-explicit directory entries where allowed. Listings may not solicit sexual acts, escorting, compensated dating, trafficking, or off-platform evasion. Any mature-only rankings or leaderboards are web-only, age-gated, excluded from public discovery, and disabled unless current store and regional rules permit them.

Always prohibited

Minors; non-consensual imagery; sexual deepfakes; hidden-camera material; coercion; trafficking; bestiality; incest abuse; sexual violence presented for gratification; paid sexual services; and illegal or exploitative sexual material are prohibited. Report at safety@makespend.com.
