1. Stripe authorizes each high bid on the seller’s connected account.
2. When outbid, the previous authorization is cancelled automatically.
3. At close, the Worker captures the winner. MakeSpend receives no fee and never becomes merchant of record.
4. After buyer delivery confirmation, payout is requested from the seller’s connected Stripe balance.
